Medical Missionaries is offering a third Fellowship at its Clinic in Thomassique, Haiti. The main
responsibility of this Fellow would be oversight of the Clinic facilities (e.g., buildings, solar panels, generator, plumbing,
water purification). The Fellow might also help manage some of the Clinic's health-related projects (e.g., water purification,
salt distribution, and school lunch program).
The Fellowship will run from June 2010 to
June 2011. Shorter Fellowships will be considered. Fellows serve without pay but are provided food and lodging
and airfare to and from Haiti.
Qualifications for this Fellowship can be any combination of training
and/or experience in construction, electricity and plumbing, and an interest in helping to improve the quality of life in
a community such as Thomassique.
