Staff in the Clinic

All the departments in the Clinic are staffed by Haitian professionals and support staff.  They include:

  • 4 medical doctors
  • 4 nurses
  • 1 lab technician
  • 3 in reception and records
  • 1 chef
  • 3 part time kitchen workers
  • 6 facilities personnel (maintenance, cleaners, security, driver)

Staff in the Cholera Treatment Center (CTC)

With the help of Medicins Sans Frontiere (Doctors Without Borders), a new Cholera Treatment Center was opened in August 2011.  The facility is staffed by a separate team of Haitian professionals.  Support is provided by World Vision.  Because of the nature of cholera, there is a heavy emphasis on sanitation, cleaning, and water purification.  The current staff of the CTC includes:

  • 13 nurses
  • 6 patient care
  • 22 sanitation and water purification
  • 2 health providers
  • 2 cooks
  • 3 support workers
