With so many impacted by hurricanes in the USA in August/September 2017, Medical Missionaries has implemented efforts
to collect and distribute emergency relief supplies to aid those affected by these hurricanes.
First, Medical Missionaries sent supplies to Texas to help those impacted by Hurricane
Harvey. Next, less than 2 weeks after Hurricane Irma wreaked havoc on south central Florida, Medical Missionaries delivered
approximately 5 tons of relief supplies to the poor in Immokalee, Florida, who had lost everything in the hurricane.
Both shipments of
supplies were driven from our warehouse in Virginia to Texas and Florida by Medical Missionaries' Founder and President
Dr. Gilbert Irwin. The supplies were turned over to local churches in both locations, for distribution to those most in

throughout the world. In addition to responding to disaster relief as the needs arise, in the coming weeks we will be packing
sea containers for both Haiti and Africa.

Supplies needed most are: clothing, shoes,
medical supplies (walkers, canes, wheelchairs), and hygiene and household supplies, including sheets and pillowcases, blankets,
toothpaste and toothbrushes, soap, towels, kitchen utensils, brooms, shovels, clothing for infants and children, diapers,
and new packaged underwear.
